Enter
into Sale and Construction Agreements
If
you are not availing loan commence process to identify the
institution of your choice and get a loan sanction letter
and send us a copy of the loan sanction letter
Organise
for the funds not covered by your loan ( minimum amount
to cover the cost of land needs to be paid immediately )
Within
15 days of your covering the land cost we will register the
land in your favour
Further
instalments are linked to progress of work. Normal stages
are :
Foundation
Roof
Masonary
Flooring
Finishing
In
case you have availed a loan from a financial institution
the Sale deed for your land is handed over to the institution.
In other cases your sale deed is handed over together with
the possession of your house.
