Visit Site, discuss with us & satisfy yourself about the project and the flat you select.

Pay booking advance and collect allotment letter and a set of title deed documents (Booking advance is refundable if title deed has flaws).

Within 15 days or agreed period pay the further amount stipulated in allotment letter and enter with us into sale and construction agreement.

Have sale deed registered in your name for UDS by paying the stipulated amount in allotment letter by due date.

Sale deed will be retained by us till final payment or handed over to institution if loan is availed.
Further installments are based on progress.Normal Stages are:
1. Foundation
2. Stilt Floor Roof (if exists)
3. Ground Floor Roof
4. First Floor Roof
5. Masonary
6. Plastering
7. Finishing
